Today is #RUOKDay, and we’re spreading the message of connection and care!
At AEH Group, we believe that fostering a culture of connection and care is not just a once-a-year event, but a commitment we hold dear every day. Teams from across NSW, TAS, and Vic came together for a heart warming morning tea, united in our commitment to promote mental health awareness and well-being.
We understand that life can throw its challenges at us, and it’s absolutely okay not to be okay. But it’s even better when we take that extra step to reach out to our colleagues, friends, and loved ones and ask, “Are you okay?” These four simple words can be a lifeline for someone who may be silently struggling.
Our morning tea wasn’t just about delicious treats and warm beverages; it was a symbol of our dedication to creating a workplace culture where conversations about mental health are not only encouraged but celebrated. It was about coming together, sharing stories, and reminding each other that we’re here to support, listen, and care for one another.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our colleagues, friends, and loved ones. Let’s keep the conversation going, not just today, but every day.
