Mark Massingham joins AEH as General Manager

Massingham brings 23 years of extensive sales experience, product knowledge, operational improvement and global go-to-market expertise to this new position, ensuring the growth and longevity of existing operations and fuelling the continual expansion of AEH Australia wide.

“I have had the pleasure of working with the AEH group over the past 18 months, developing dealers in the NSW Central West. The AEH model provides opportunity for young people from local farming communities who are keen to take on dealerships but don’t quite have the capital to meet the overheads and floor plan facilities that manufacturers and finance companies require to get started. This also offers an exit strategy for existing dealer owners to enjoy a well-deserved retirement and see their years of hard work continue. Farmers have the pleasure of being supported by familiar faces within the dealerships, and the implementation of AEH systems and processes will ensure the sustainability of local dealer outlets for years to come. I look forward to working with the team at AEH and developing future dealers for the farming community”, said Mark Massingham.

Asked for comment, Adam Kaplan, Managing Director of AEH said, “I’m enormously excited that we’ve been able to attract someone of Mark’s calibre to join our young, rapidly growing company. The experience and relationships that Mark brings to the table will serve to speed up our expansion across Australia and potentially internationally as well. We share the same values, and firmly believe that the people in our business are our biggest, and most important asset.”
