Join Us! We are currently seeking a full time Group Warranty Officer to join our friendly and high performing team at Rural Group. You’ll ideally be located in Shepparton or Cobram and process warranty claims across our 3 locations in Cobram, Echuca and Shepparton.

The Opportunity:

• Review, prepare and submit warranty claims
• Track and follow up on submitted claims to ensure timely processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries from service teams and suppliers
• Communicate claim status, resolutions, and regular updates to relevant parties
• Ensure manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures are adhered to
• Provide training and support to service teams on warranty processes and best practices

About you:

• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within timeframes
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven
• Accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
