We’re looking for a Full-Time Trainee Salesperson to join our growing team at Cowra Machinery Centre.

The Opportunity:

• Develop and maintain strong long-term customer relationships 
• Gain in-depth knowledge of machinery makes, models, and variations
• Learn sales techniques and work towards achieving sales targets
• Drive sales of both new and used machinery
• Stay on top of sales goals and current market trends
• Set up and maintain eye-catching merchandise displays while keeping the showroom clean and tidy
• Present, promote, and assist with selling products and services to both existing and potential customers 

About you: 

• Hold a current manual drivers’ licence 
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Strong problem solving skills
• Understand the importance of customer service 
• Excellent phone communication skills 
• A passion for learning more about farm machinery and the agricultural industry
• A genuine interest in agriculture
