Join Us! We are currently seeking a Small Engine Technician who has a passion for doing what they love to join our friendly team at Rural Group. This opportunity will require travel across our 3 locations in Cobram, Echuca & Shepparton. We want someone who can bring their unique personality to the team because life’s too short to not love your job!

About the role:

• Maintain a clean and presentable service department
• Ensure work is done efficiently and in accordance with industry standards
• Diagnose and repair small engines, side-by-sides and mowers
• Assemble and maintain various types of machinery
• Perform general maintenance on low-horsepower tractors
• Opportunity to progress into heavy vehicle maintenance 

About you: 

• Proven experience in small engine repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment
