McPhersons Parts and Services is currently on the lookout for a dedicated individual ready to lead our workshop team in the role of Service Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and coordinating the service department’s operations by leading a team that excels in customer service and maintains top-notch work quality.
  • Mentoring, motivating, and engaging all team members to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Ensuring efficient work processes that adhere to industry standards.
  • Overseeing and maintaining detailed records of service work performed.
  • Supervising technical work, monitoring work progress, and conducting final checks upon completion.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a heavy vehicle or agricultural trade qualification is advantageous.
  • A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of Technicians and Apprentices.
  • Experience in team management is advantageous.
