About the role
- Manage Parts department to achieve business goals and budgets
- Liaise with Group Parts Manager regarding overall management of Parts Department
- Develop and maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and generate strong machinery parts sales.
- Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices
- Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote seasonal products
About you
- Current forklift licence ticket or willing to obtain
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a small team
- A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar position
