About the role

  • Manage Parts department to achieve business goals and budgets
  • Liaise with Group Parts Manager regarding overall management of Parts Department
  • Develop and maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and generate strong machinery parts sales. 
  • Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices
  • Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands
  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote seasonal products

About you

  • Current forklift licence ticket or willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a small team
  • A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar position
