The Opportunity:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Inspire, coach, and engage the team to foster a high-performance culture
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork within the branch to maintain a unified “one team” approach
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and representatives
  • Actively engage in sales, identifying opportunities, meeting with customers, and driving revenue growth alongside your team
  • Develop, implement, and track strategic business plans and budgets, working closely with the General Manager to set and achieve KPIs and forecast outcomes
  • Oversee pricing, programs, and forward ordering of whole goods
  • Manage equipment orders, monitor pricing programs, and drive forecasting efforts

About you:

  • Previous experience in agricultural sales is advantageous
  • A creative thinker with a strong passion for continuous improvement
  • Exceptional management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Sales-focused with a keen understanding of the value of customer service
  • Highly detail-oriented, especially in relation to accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various departments
  • Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, develop, and mentor your team, driving the overall success of the business
