Join Us! We are currently looking for a full time Administration and Parts Assistant to join our friendly and high performing Scottsdale branch, Gaffney Machinery. Whether you have years of experience or looking for a change in careers we want to hear from YOU! This dynamic role will be administration focused with the ability to step in and assist in parts sales.

About the role 

• Carry out branch administrative duties including supporting the sales and parts team
• Assisting with customer calls/customer enquiries
• Liaising with customers to assess their needs, then recommend and sell them the appropriate parts.
• Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers.
• Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices
• Maintain a clean and presentable parts department, including showroom, entrance, parts receival and storage areas.

About you 

• Well presented 
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent phone communication skills 
• Experience in the agricultural industry is advantageous
