As an Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare weekly timesheets for payroll.
  • Handle Service and Sales administration tasks.
  • Conduct daily banking, receipting, bank reconciliation, and mail management.
  • Deliver high-level customer service to our valued customers and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the daily and weekly maintenance of a clean and organized work environment.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Understand the significance of providing top-notch customer service.
  • Have strong phone communication skills.
  • Hold previous experience in administration roles.
  • While not mandatory, experience in the agricultural industry is advantageous.
