About the role  

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable 
• Weekly timesheet preparation for payroll 
• Complete Service and Sales administration duties 
• Daily banking, receipting, bank reconciliation and mail 
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to manage financial administration for the AEH Group 
• Provide high level customer service to our new and existing customers and suppliers 
• Assist with the daily and weekly cleanliness of the business 

About you  

• Must possess a current driver’s licence 
• Great attention to detail 
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills 
• Understand the importance of providing a high-level of customer service
• Excellent phone communication skills 
• Previous experience in administration role/s 
• Experience in the agricultural industry (not necessary but advantageous)
