We are currently looking for a full time Administration Assistant to join our friendly and high performing team at McPhersons Parts & Service in Parkes.

About the role
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Weekly timesheet preparation for payroll.
- Assist with Service and Sales administration.
- Daily banking, receipting, bank reconciliation and mail.
- General administration duties including answering telephone enquiries and directing to correct department.
- Must possess a current drivers licence.
- Good record keeping skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of the importance of high-level customer service.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Previous experience in administration role/s.
- Experience in the agricultural industry would be an advantage.
