AEH 2027 Calendar Photo Competition – Terms and Conditions

By entering this Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:

Promoter: Agricultural Equipment Holdings (AEH) Group.

Competition Period: Entries open 10th July 2026. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM AEST on 31st August 2026. Late entries are ineligible.

Eligibility:
a. Must be Australian residents.
b. Entrants must be 18+ years old, or under 18 with express written parent/guardian permission included with the entry.
c. AEH Group employees and their immediate family are eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements:
a. Maximum two (2) colour photographs per entrant.
b. Photos must be high-resolution electronic format (preferably JPEG, TIFF, PNG 300 DPI minimum; PDF/EPS also accepted).
c. Each entry requires a fully completed official entry form, confirming the entrant holds photo rights and permission from all identifiable individuals for use.

Judging Process & Criteria:
a. An AEH Group employee panel will judge all entries.
b. Photos will be judged on: i. Relevance to Theme, ii. Composition, iii. Subject Matter, iv. Image Quality, v. Contrast, vi. Storytelling.
c. Judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes:
a. Twelve (12) winning photographs will be featured in the AEH 2027 Advertising Calendar.
b. Winners receive a prize pack valued at $300 each + a copy of the calendar.
c. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights:
a. Entrants warrant they are the sole owner of the submitted photograph and that its use by AEH Group will not infringe third-party rights.
b. All submitted photos become the property of the AEH Group and will not be returned.
c. Entrants grant AEH Group a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the photos for the 2027 AEH Calendar and all related promotional activities (including websites, social media, print).
d. Photo credit is not guaranteed in all uses.

Disqualification: AEH Group may disqualify any non-compliant, false, or inappropriate entry.

Limitation of Liability: AEH Group is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or corrupted entries due to technical or computer errors.

General Conditions:
a. AEH Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if necessary.
b. Entry implies agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for Competition administration, in accordance with the AEH Group’s Privacy Policy.
